At Good Totes (US), we want you to love your new gear; if you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Start Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include any promotional materials that were part of the initial shipment.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the goods.
